Venue Hire

Our large Community Centre offers a range of flexible events spaces, perfect for meetings, conferences, parties or events for grown-ups and kids alike, from two to 200 people. We take pride in keeping the Centre well-decorated and clean, welcoming and attractive.

Our halls and rooms offer functional and adaptable spaces for meetings and conferences, with natural daylight in all halls. Some of the halls have wonderful high ceilings offering a spacious feel. All our rooms are wheelchair accessible. We also offer free WiFi throughout the building. We also offer for hire: projector, projector screens, PA system, extra flipcharts/pens, TV monitor, music amplification and speakers.

A deposit of £200 required, refundable subject to adhering to all T&C’s. £100 is required for events for under 14-year-olds. There is a £25 non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from the final invoice. All rates are subject to review by the Trustees of the Centre.

	The Social Hall has recently been refurbished and expanded with room for 120 seated at tables or 200 standing. The kitchen is a fully equipped commercial-grade style, with a large servery into the hall. The hall is used for a variety of social gatherings and meetings.
	The Main Hall has room for 140 seated at tables or 200 standing. The vaulted high ceiling adds to the feeling of space. There is a practical refreshment preparation area and serving bar.The Main Hall is home for Tykes Preschool, Monday to Friday during the day. In the evening and weekend, it is used by dance and musical groups.
	The Youth Hall accommodates 110 seated at tables. There is an adjoining kitchen for refreshment preparation and serving.The Youth Hall is home for Happy Hours Preschool, Monday to Friday during the day. In the evening and weekend, it is used by baton twirlers, dancers and exercise groups.
	The Small Hall accommodates 30 seated at tables or 84 standing.It is used by a variety of group for courses, meetings, craft classes and lots more.
